Whipped Body Butter is shipped between Monday – Wednesday especially during warmer months. This will lessen the chance of the body butter melting during transit. We want to ensure that all of our products arrive to you in the best condition.
Once our products are shipped, you will receive tracking information from the appropriate carrier.
Products are handmade and all sales are final. Please email support@therapologynow.com for any issues that may arise within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final. If there’s an issue with the condition of your product upon delivery, please email Support within 14 days of order delivery date at support@therapologynow.com. Please include a photo of your damaged product so we can further assist.

Our body butter is made with natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals. It is safe and suitable for everyone over 5. Please provide parental supervision for kids younger, so the body butter is not ingested.

Please store the body butter and body scrubs in a cool dark area (away from sunlight) to prevent melting.
Candles should also be placed away from direct sunlight to ensure the fragrance remains strong.
The body butter should be applied right after showering on semi wet skin. This will provide intense hydration and moisture for the skin.
